"I saw Mr Ross twice prior to having my breast surgery. He was very professional throughout and gave me opportunity to talk about my concerns and answer my questions with complete honesty. I took along time researching before having my surgery and I am now post op and know I made the right decision in my choice of surgeon. In fact the whole team at the hospital were amazing. Thank you for your kindness and helping me to restore my confidence."
