It is now one week since I have had bilateral breast implant removal and I cannot fault the care offered by Mr Ross and his team. Prior to my initial appointment I had carefully researched potential surgeons and was already aware of Mr Ross' outstanding reputation. During my consultation, Mr Ross was happy to answer any questions I had and the whole procedure and the options available to me were discussed at length. I never at any point felt pressured into any decision and I left feeling reassured and well informed. The surgery itself was excellent. Any nerves were allayed by Mr Ross, the anaesthetists and the lovely team of nurses and everything was clearly explained. I am incredibly pleased with the results, I have felt very little discomfort, even in the immediate aftermath of the surgery itself and a week on I am pretty much back to normal. Following my surgery Mr Ross said he would only be happy with his work if I was completely happy. I am and I think this demonstrates that his patients are his absolute priority. I could not recommend Mr Ross and his team highly enough!
