Dr Ross and the team at The Alexandra have been amazing during this experience. In the build up to my surgery I was very anxious and had lots of questions; Dr Ross always took the time to answer my questions and make me feel at ease, meeting with me on several different occasions. This made me feel totally at ease with him and I knew he understood exactly what I hoped for. The facilities were also brilliant at the hospital. My room and ensuite were lovely and the staff made me feel at home and very comfortable. I am really pleased with the outcome - I can't thank the team enough!
