Prior to seeing Dr Ross I had seen 2 other surgeons but there was something holding me back as soon as I met Dr Ross he listened carefully to my wishes and concerns he was very honest about the size and shape of my breasts would be following surgery and very realistic and he didn't make any false promises. He took the time to explain what could and couldn't be done which was very informative and made perfect sense, I felt fully informed. There was no pressure to go ahead with the surgery I was given time to make my mind up unlike some doctors/companies wish exerted a lot of pressure to book surgery on the spot. Any queries I had from booking surgery to the operation was answered promptly and honestly. The extra pre surgery appointments that are offered are invaluable to go over anything that is worrying you or ask those million and one questions you may have. I am very pleased with the size and shape of my breasts I only wish I had had this surgery years ago it has improved my health and boosted my confidence. All of the team are great very friendly yet professional. Nothing was too much trouble and the anaesthetist was very patient too and where possible and catered for my needs and allayed my fears. Food is lovely too!
