Excellent friendly service from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly and very caring. If I decide to have future surgery I would defiantly be coming back to ALexander hospital. I am so pleased with my new arms after having a upper arm lift. I feel much more confident now and I have been out and purchased lots of new sleeveless tops. Thank you to GAry Ross and his team
