I was given details of a tablet which could help me manage the pain in my knee by Mr Stables. It was avocado and soybean unsaponifiables. My life was transformed and the pain almost negligible. The tablets were not available here but I was able to buy mine from Germany on the Internet, and take 300mg each day. Now no painkillers or stick. I cannot thank my caring consultant enough. I will be ever grateful for his wisdom . Sylvia Leitch
