Having recently been discharged by Mr Staples I wanted to pass on my thanks to him and his team for the care and consideration given from my initial visit to A&E, the consultation at Warrington and finally the arthoscopy at Halton. The standard of care and attention to detail made me feel like I was in private care (not that I ever have!) and that my needs and concerns were the primary concern of the team. Everyone from the staff carrying out the procedure to those in the recovery room couldn't have been more caring. I'm very proud of and support of the NHS and the service it provides so well done to the team.
