Mr Amen listened to me from our very first meeting until he had completed my treatment - which he did very successfully. He explained every stage of treatment, the possible side effects - which thankfully were negligible and he answered all of my questions at every stage. Once treatment was completed, we discussed the way forward and what I might expect in the future in a frank and honest manner, again with all of my questions clearly answered. Thank you, Mr Amen.
