I was very apprehensive about the procedure but the confidence and care shown by Frans and his team put my mind at rest and I found the whole procedure at the rooms far less scary than I imagined it would be . The staff clearly trust their surgeon and are proud of his work. I found it very comforting to have Debbie Danks , the face therapist , there in the theatre supporting me . She was instrumental in my decision to have the procedure done . I am still in the early days of healing but after all the encouragement from the staff already believe I have done the right thing ! I found the experience professional yet warm and relaxed !
