From the first consultation through to post operative care, I felt Dr Havranek was very calm, polite and thorough. He took time to explain the procedure and answered all of my questions very patiently. He performed a ureteroscopy using a laser to break down a large kidney stone blocking my left ureter. He listened very patiently to all of my concerns and ensured he took them into account during the surgery. The post operative support and advice I received from Mr Havranek was excellent. I am eternally grateful to him for my care and treatment and I would recommend him unreservedly.
