Dear Sirs,
You have requested feedback from me concerning my recent appointment with Mr Francis-Khoury. Please note:
1. Pre-appointment arrangements, including reminders, excellent.
2. Comfortable waiting room, friendly staff. Minimal delay before being shown in to Mr F-K’s consulting room.
3. Whilst waiting, lady nurse was friendly and ‘chatty’.
4. Formal introductions with consultant appreciated.
5. Mr F-K carried out a thorough investigation of my ears, especially my problem left ear.
6 Greatly impressed with his professional and friendly manner.
7.Very content with entire out-patients experience.
8. Mr F-K’s notes of his examination followed in the post shortly afterwards. From what we can glean from his highly technical report no further action is to be taken and no action is required from my GP pending a monitoring visit to the Hospital in two years’ time. I hope that Mr F-K will be able to conduct the follow-up examination.
