From the initial friendly welcoming up until leaving I felt very comfortable, Mr Khoury was very understanding and took as much time as was necessary to explain in language I could understand what my problem was and how to go about dealing with it.
I left having learnt more from this gentleman in forty minuets than I had learnt in the previous three and a half months, oh how I wish I had found him three months earlier.
