I have now had both my hips replaced by Ed Davis, one in 2011 and the second in early 2014. The results could not be better; full range of movement, no pain. I can walk easily again, and even trot a bit.
Added to this, he's a truly pleasant and interesting bloke. He explained everything before he undertook each operation and used the make of hip which has had the best short and long-term results.
Everything about my experience with Mr Davis, and with the hospital where the operations were performed (except the food) made the expense a factor of little importance.
