I felt that Mr Britton really understood my position and needs. He made me feel like a person and not just part of a process. The surgery itself appears to have been a huge success and has given me a new lease of life. The recovery was swift and the pain I had previously felt all but gone. I am incredibly grateful for the work he has done. The face-to-face meeting to discharge me when he went through the scans and explained what everything meant was a really nice touch.
I would like to like to offer some constructive feedback but I genuinely don't have any areas where I think Mr Britton could have improved the service offered.
