He is very professional but friendly at the same time. He explains things clearly and simply in an easy to understand way. He always gives you the chance to ask questions and I have never felt that anything was too simple to ask, or was a waste of his time. I completely trust his advice and judgement and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. He has made what could have been a worrying time into one that I felt extremely comfortable with.
