Mr Macarthur was the first person to FINALLY listen to me about my condition and about the symptoms I have been experiencing. For once, it was someone doing the explaining to me, not me doing the explaining to them.
Mr Macarthur put me at complete ease and I was totally reassured by everything he was saying. He is a real credit to the NHS and the Queens Medical Centre.
