From the moment we met Mr Thompson we were at ease and felt we were well informed with all our choices and decisions that we were about to make
Being told that your son has to have brain surgery is a very frightening experience, but Mr Thompson re assured us all the way but also gave us the whole picture which is what we asked for as there are always risks involved with such surgery.
He has now had the surgery and all we can say is how grateful we are for his amazing expertise and dedication that he gave us. He made us feel like we were his only patient and kept us and Scott up to date with all that was going on and told us in a way that we Fully understood.
We cannot fault Mr Thompson in any way, a great asset to the Hospital
