I was diagnosed with TN Breast cancer in February 2021 and was referred to Mr. Dennis Remoundos in March when we moved house. From our initial telephone conversation (due to Covid restrictions), I became aware of his professionalism, his profound kindness and empathy together with his wonderful sense of humour; all these, and more, were confirmed during his subsequent consultations. I simply cannot recommend Mr. Remoundos enough: immediately he made me feel that I am the most important person to be treated rather than a mere statistical patient; he explained everything thoroughly and answered my many questions with patience and thoroughness. This meant that, at times during my treatments, I wished to follow a slightly different road which he acknowledged and respected whilst still looking after my best welfare. Before and after my operation he was particularly attentive, making sure I understood the whole procedure and that I was, as much as possible, without pain or discomfort. Mr. Remoundos has assured me that I can remain in his care for the months to come and that he will always be contactable through his wonderful team who are always available to help in any way they can. To me, this is a huge and very welcome support, especially that I need to be abroad for these few next months. I feel extremely lucky that by moving house I ended up in his care as I couldn't have wished for anyone more professional, kinder and caring to look after me during these very challenging times.
