Mr Banerjee is exceptional in that he remembered from one visit to the next what was said and what my main priorities and concerns were. This is particularly reassuring when undergoing surgery! In preparing for surgery, I was provided with good information about what to expect. The surgery was - from what I can tell - performed very well as I have had very little subsequent discomfort or pain.
