I am very grateful to Dr Batel for seeing me through my treatment with compassion, patience and understanding. I have a long term lung condition and was anxious about my operation to treat breast cancer by wide local excision. Dr Batel talked me through every stage of the process honestly and took my concerns seriously. Appointments were never rushed and I felt fully part of the decision making process.
