Mr Betal showed great empathy - he was kind and considerate at all times. He explained in clear, concise language the process prior to surgery and was succinct with regard to the results and further treatment and the steps that would be taken. He was able to reassure me at all times.
It should be mentioned that the whole team were extremely kind and caring - from the receptionist to all the nurses and surgical team.
