Mr Ricketts carried out a carpel tunnel operation on my wrist. At the initial appointment and assessment he put me at ease, explained my options and the implications clearly. At the operation he was again friendly and made sure I was happy with what was about to happen. The surgery went well and the healing was quick and almost pain free. Thanks again.
