An avid squash player who spent a number of years under Mr Ricketts care before undertaking the inevitable full shoulder replacement. I can't fault him for his passion, caring and thoughtfulness. He guided me though the options many times with great patience before we came to the final decision. He fully understood my desire to continue to be active and we worked around that until the final decision. He has great empathy and made me feel completely at ease.
The operation went well and recovery also progressing really well. I would recommend Mr Ricketts at the drop of a hat!
