Dr Ricketts is one of the best consultants I've ever worked with (and I have worked with MANY over the years due to extensive chronic damage to joints, tendons and muscles). Smart, warm, caring, engaging, patient and clear, with an amazing of humour. He's now performed 3 procedures on me. Wished I'd found him sooner.
Also, his support team are amazing and helpful.
