Mr Ricketts is extremely informative factual and very kind.
He has a superb manner and made me feel comfortable and at ease. My surgery, carpol tunnel on both hands but one at a time was successful and has been explained throughout the whole process. I have been in contact with his secretary on a few occasions and she is also really lovely, helpful and funny. 10/10!!
