Was referred to Mr Ratliff for a parathyroidectomy, was very professional, great listener, very knowledgeable/understanding about how I was feeling/conditions of illness. Put me at ease regarding the operation, made me feel important - had total faith & confidence in him. Would totally recommend Mr Ratliff for anyone needing this procedure.
