Mr Ratliff carried out a Laparoscopic cholecystectomy on me a few weeks ago and I was discharged from his care today. From our very first meeting right through until today Mr Ratliff's professionalism and kindness shone through. He always listened to my concerns and ensured that he explained everything regarding my medical condition in easy to understand language. When he went through the risks of the operation with me, he managed to provide the information in such a way that I didn't feel concerned at all even though I fully understood the risks involved. His 'bedside manner' was excellent and I would highly recommend him.
