Thyroid Lobectomy & Parathyroidectomy in June 2018
I had heard someone say that there was a lack of bedside manner, I found this to be completely untrue and think his professionalism & efficiency could be misinterpreted.
I would recommend that when he is explaining your diagnosis and procedures, just be quiet and listen. He is so very thorough and no doubt all of your questions will be answered. If they are not, he always allows plenty of time for questions at the end of his explanation.
He filled me with great confidence and I completely trusted his diagnosis and solution of surgery.
He is a great believer in the NHS system, even though he works privately, he still gives his time to the NHS, for which I am immensely grateful.
I recommend Mr Ratliff 100%.
