Mr Ratliff listened and questioned succinctly. He the outlined the procedure, the length of the operation and the follow up appointment.
After the procedure he checked my condition and explained further what I need to do at home for a full recovery.
At the follow up appointment, again he was clear and most positive in his manner.
His interpersonal skills will clear and direct, telling me all I needed to know without waffle. excellent time management and my surgery was net and tidy - need I say more.
