From my first meeting with Mr Ratliff and all the way through the period I was in his care, I was treated very professionally and with great compassion. The initial diagnosis indicated that I required surgery and Mr Ratliff put me at ease by meticulously explaining the procedure and risks involved. His confident and reassuring manner made me realise I was going to receive the best care possible. My first operation was successfully undertaken and I was delighted with the size of the incision and knew there would be minimal scaring. Unfortunately the results of the biopsy indicated I had had cancer and would require further precautionary surgery. Once again Mr Ratliff's professionalism and caring attitude made me feel that whatever the outcome from this surgery I was in the very best hands. I was overjoyed to learn that the second biopsy showed I was cancer free and I have Mr Ratliff to thank for the fact that I can look forward to a long and happy life. The second incision was made on top of the first one and will also leave minimal scaring. God bless you Mr Ratliff....you are a truly wonderful man!!!
