From my first consultation Mr Ratliff explained every aspect of the surgery I required and answered any questions I had with in depth detail. He has been honest, knowledgeable and reassuring through out the pre-operative and post operative process. Mr Ratliff aided to accommodate my operation date within the NHS organisation to best suit my family and job, I found this extremely helpful. Whilst undergoing surgery and the immediate post operative care Mr Ratliff checked on my recovery personally on his ward round and updated me throughout my hospital stay. I would also like to add his junior doctor team were impeccable in chasing my blood results, recognising there was a problem and arranging to see me within the hospital and write me a prescription within a few hours of me having the blood test in a community setting the day after I was discharged from hospital. This was then followed up by Mr Ratliff personally the following day. He has a polite and professional manner both on the phone and face to face and I felt very impressed with the care I had received that week. Mr Ratliff has continued to follow up my post operative care personally within his clinic which has been pleasant as I have felt my care from Mr Ratliff and his team has been personally tailored for my individual clinical needs and I have received excellent care throughout. The surgery was successful and I feel so well for having it done. Thank you for all you have done.
