David took the time to understand me as a person and what I would like to achieve, then fully explained all the options whilst giving me time to reflect on our discussions (followed by another consultation to finalise my choice).
David is really approachable, knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy and kind.
Thanks David for chaperoning me through this process, I have no regrets and I am really happy with the entire experience and the results!
