My son had a very unsightly keloid scar on his ear lobe as a result of surgery in that area and he was extremely self conscious of it. We were recommended to go to see Mr Lam by another consultant and on first meeting him, we immediately felt that he was the person to sort the problem scar.
The consultation was extremely thorough and reassuring and a plan was made of how it was going to be treated. Mr Lam arranged a day for surgery around my sons work/studies and the care and treatment he received from everyone at Claremont, but especially Mr. Lam was beyond first class.
The results are absolutely amazing, even better that we imagined them to be. The follow up care has also been wonderful.
Our whole experience from start to finish has been nothing but positive and professional and we honestly can't recommended Mr Lam enough.
He's an absolute gentleman and a genius. Thank you so very much.
