Mr Lam was very friendly and professional. He put me at ease immediately. He explained the procedure perfectly, pointing out the pros and cons, plus possibly complications. When I asked about another procedure, he immediately said I was too young and refused to do it, which increased my faith in him. I actually enjoyed the procedure as he was so calm and friendly throughout. I am extremely happy with the result and would recommend to anyone.
