Mr Johnson has always explained everything, at every stage, in full, easy to understand detail. The confidence, clarification and detail allowed both the parents and patient feel at ease with what is happening and what will happen next, and any risks involved. I would highly recommend Mr Johnson for his ease to approach and professionalism in his role at the hospital.
