Mr Johnson immediately put me at ease and gave me confidence in terms of explaining what he was going to do and how. It is also clear that he is a caring individual who empathises with the patient and how they me be feeling at any given time. Not sure about the need to get to the hospital at 7.30 am for an 11.15am procedure but that may be down to the Ridgeway hospital rather than a requirement of Mr Johnson.
