I have nothing but praise for Mr Hartwright and his staff, I didn’t have to wait over long for my operation, and once in the hospital, everything happened so efficiently, and all his people who dealt with me were so cheerful friendly and proficient.
The ward staff, the anaesthesia department, the x-ray staff, and physiotherapists. We’re all brilliant. I must make a particular mention of the physiotherapists doing the follow up appointments, they were very very helpful.
They are all obviously working as part of a very happy and efficient team, lead by Mr Hartwright.
