I was highly impressed by the care I received from Mr Cloke over the past few years while managing the pain and reduced mobility in my shoulder with a rotator cuff injury. Throughout the various periods of restriction due to Covid, Mr Cloke was consistently attentive, calling periodically to check how I was doing and twice referring me for steroid injections. I could not have asked for more and my trust and confidence in Mr Cloke grew over this time. Thus, I was very happy to accept the offer of surgery when it was made. I attended for day surgical repair of my rotator cuff performed by Mr Cloke. I have nothing but praise for every aspect of my treatment and care on the day at North Tyneside Hospital. Post-surgery I am making rapid progress towards, I believe, full recovery aided by excellent post-surgery physio care at my local hospital in Alnwick. The NHS at its best!
