Meeting anyone for the first time an initial impression is formed. From my first meeting with Mr Chou I had the utmost confidence in him . His professional non patronising obviously knowledgeable explanations of what my procedure would entail put me completely at ease to be placing myself in his capable hands .He explained in detail showing me on x-ray and diagrams how he proposed to proceed.
The operating team were deserving of my admiration. At each stage I was made fully aware of what was going to happen.
Post operation the nursing care was exemplary and I am very happy with my progress.
After such a successful outcome for my procedure I feel I have been given back my life and now in order to make Mr Chou's work complete I have to take the excellent physiotherapy advise which I have been given and put in the effort to fully effect a return to a fully functioning lifestyle.
I fully recommended Mr Chou and the team at Spire.
