Mr Chou made me feel comfortable from the start. He explained clearly and succinctly what was involved in my hip replacement. He came to see me before the procedure and was friendly and unhurried. I was worried about having a spinal anaesthetic plus sedation but he put my mind at rest and in fact I did not know a thing about it until I woke up in recovery. My pain was dealt with very well. My visit the day after surgery was friendly and again unhurried. I have recovered extremely well and at 6 weeks more or less back to normal. I can thoroughly recommend Mr Chou. Just one thing, I would have liked to have known more about the implant from the start, so I could have been as well informed about it as I am now.
