At my initial out-patient appointment I found My Chou listened very carefully to my story and gave a careful and reasoned approach to my care. My wife and I found his attitude very reassuring. I was pleased Mr Chou planned to use robotic assistance during the operation.
The operation itself went very well with no complications. My recovery was quicker and more comfortable than I expected.
At the 6 week check, Mr Chou was again a reassuring presence outlining how my recuperation will progress in the coming months.
I will be very happy to recommend Mr Chou to anyone who requires his expertise. I was a palliative care physician before I retired, so I particularly appreciated his excellent communication skills.
