Mr Chou is, obviously, an extremely intelligent and competent man. He listened and understood my thoughts and feelings about my hip condition with openness and that I had made the correct decision in proceeding with the robot aided operation. My consultation did not feel rushed and I was able to say all the things that I wanted to. He gave me great confidence. The operation is a great success with my hip feeling stronger every day.
