Mr Chou has been exemplary throughout the whole process. From the moment I met him he came across as caring and extremely knowledgeable about the whole process. He is obviously a very intelligent man. My hip operation was a success all down to him. He talked me through everything explaining in depth about the operation and made me feel totally at ease. He came to see me after the operation and really made me feel cared for. His aftercare is excellent.
My whole experience with him has been fabulous.
Also full marks to everyone at the Nuffield Hospital who cared for me. They were top class along with Mr Chou.
