Darren Chester was very welcoming and listened to me. He then explained in full detail what the condition was and how he was going to treat the condition along with all the pros and cons. He also confirmed I understood what he had told me and when I went in for treatment he was again very professional and made me feel perfectly relaxed and trusting in the procedure.After the treatment he then went through the aftercare with me and I was advised of how scarring would possibly look.
