I had keloid scars from cystic acne, not one or two but lots, over my back, chest and neck. I had treatment at Queen Elizabeth Hospital to begin with, but as my condition improved I was treated at Worcester Hospital. Right from day one Dr Chester was very
professional but with a warmth and understanding to the condition. We were well informed in all aspects of the treatment clearly and precisely so we all understood what was involved In the treatment that needed to take place. Dr Chester clearly told us how long I would need treatment for, still on going but with great results. He always took an interest in my interests and remembered on following appointments. Always fitted me in with semester dates. Can not say anything but positive comments, a truly brilliant doctor. Would highly recommend.
