Dr Chester was excellent in all areas of his care, time, understanding and professionalism each time I saw him. The initial consultation was dealt with, with the utmost care; he was clear about the procedure and the operation details. He explained the risks and I left under no pressure to have the treatment carried out; I was given time to think about it all. I then received support with my decision, as it had taken me a long time to decide just to have a consultation. I went to Dr Chester after my husband had been for surgery/procedure with Dr Chester prior to mine. During my stay he explained and answered my questions, queries and worries with the great understanding he has. He has taken care of my well being to ensure post-operatively I have fully recovered as I had some hardness left in one area of my surgery; a risk I was fully aware of. He has now, also made sure that my care has been followed up by my new GP and I have been able to have peace of mind by having a post-op scan and mammogram which will be followed up again later this year 2017. I really can't express how this operation has changed my life for the better and I really don't think I may have gone ahead with my decision to have the procedure had it not been for Dr Chester's kind and caring, profession manner.
