Totally professional. Lovely man to deal with. He literally saved my shoulder via major surgery having experienced a complete fracture of the humerus. I was just lucky to have him do the surgery on the day at Watford General. His aftercare was also very good. I trust him completely when it comes to my shoulder. We're lucky to have surgeons like Mr. Makki available on the NHS. Given the severity of the break it would have been no quicker going privately. The only difference was possibly a private bed which frankly one doesn't care about when you're in trauma.
