Mr Makki has recently completed total replacements on both of my shoulders. It is a daunting prospect having both shoulders replaced but I can report that throughout this whole process, I have been listened to, reassured, openly consulted and can not fault any part of my treatment at either NHS St Albans or Spire Harpenden. On both days Mr Makki came to see me before and after each procedure to discuss the planned surgery and after to discuss what had been done. Both shoulder replacements are fantastic and I could not be happier with the outcome for both shoulders. Just brilliant, thank you.
