I had problems with my shoulder which meant that I couldn't raise my arm above waist level. This was impacting on my whole life, especially interacting with my grandchildren. Mr Makki and his team recommended day surgery to correct the problem. Before surgery Mr Makki made sure that I understood that I would have some pain in the joint for up to 12 months, and that I would need to attend physiotherapy. I am now three months post surgery and, whilst I do have some pain it isn't as severe as before and I can already raise my arm above my head.
I also found that Mr Makki, and his team, were very approachable and I was made to feel at ease. He gave time to answer all of my questions.
I am very grateful to Mr Makki and his team.
