Mr Makki performed the revision of a nasty clavicle fracture for me.
He is very good at explaining the issues, the options, what to expect and how the healing process would progress, so that I always felt informed and was never apprehensive or fearful. Although he is obviously very busy, I never felt that I was being rushed, and he was very generous with his time, always explaining things at a level that I could understand.
Clearly he is an excellent surgeon and doctor, but he is also a very kind, caring and friendly man.
I am very grateful to him personally, and also to the rest of his team.
